As a manufacturer and supplier of facade solutions , we see it as our responsibility to contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry while taking the environment into account.
We work purposefully to be a leader in providing tidy and responsible facade solutions and place great emphasis on the life cycle of our products.
This means that we guarantee CE-certified products that are flexible, modular, reusable and versatile. In addition, we only offer products that have sustainable, circular and documented properties.

Climate-oriented life cycle
MANUFACTURE
The entire production and preparation takes place in Denmark.
All Facade systems are made from the best materials, with a special focus on the environment and climate:
We only use Greenline® aluminum, which consists of 100% recycled and collected aluminum. Greenline has a very low CO₂ footprint of only 1.8 CO₂-equ./kg, compared to primary aluminum, which is 11.1 CO₂-equ./kg.
Wooden lamellae are made from FSC®- or PEFC™-certified wood. For fire-impregnated Lamellae , we use the Cradle to Cradle-certified fire retardant from Burnblock. This fire retardant ardant is guaranteed sustainable and consists of 100% natural substances that are fully biodegradable, non-toxic and VOC emission-free.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The facade solutions are individually tailored to each customer and each construction project. In this way, we minimize waste.
All systems are designed as modular solutions that offer great design freedom and flexibility, particularly through simple expansion and adaptation.
Other special features include simple, fast and quality-assured installation thanks to the unique plug-and-play mounting system.

USE PHASE
The Facade system requires minimal maintenance and has a service life of at least 30 to 50 years.
The heat treatment of the Wooden lamellae helps to ensure dimensional stability and longevity. Likewise, aluminum is known for its exceptional durability - 70% still exist in their original form.
The modular Facade system has been developed to provide façade repairs without visible transitions and the possibility to add additional Nordisk Profil louvre cladding.

DEMOLITION, RECYCLING AND REUSE
It is crucial for Nordisk Profil to offer products that can be easily dismantled and reused for other projects and purposes.
With the design principle "Design for Disassembly", the Facade systems are designed and assembled in such a way that each individual component can be easily disassembled.
All components can therefore be removed and reused for other purposes. It is also possible to dismantle the facade cladding 1:1 for a new construction project and use it again.
If dismantling is required, Nordisk Profil offers a take-back program that includes the collection and reuse of the materials.

STRICTER CLIMATE REQUIREMENTS
We expressly welcome the new climate requirements and are pleased that active measures are being taken for CO₂-reducing construction, as the construction industry has a significant share of the overall climate impact.
As a facade material, both wood and aluminum contribute to a more climate-friendly building - in contrast to conventional materials such as steel and concrete. By selecting high-quality, environmentally friendly materials and climate-conscious manufacturers, we can achieve even better values for the construction industry's emissions.

Woodfac Click er et åbent system med valgfrie trælameller på en bagvedliggende aluminiumstruktur. Med indkig til bygningens bærende facade er det muligt at komponere en levende arkitektur, skabt gennem lys, skygger, materialer og design.
Til systemet tilbydes hjørneløsninger, forskellige afdækningsprofiler, løsning til buede facader samt forstærkningsprofiler, der muliggør stort fritspænd både horisontalt og vertikalt.
Woodfac Click er særlig velegnet til beklædning af parkeringshuse.
Med det åbne facadesystem bliver det nemt at give parkeringshuse en vis wow-effekt. Der bygges mange parkeringshuse blandt flotte boligblokke, og hvorfor ikke gøre dem lige så indbydende at se på som deres miljø og omgivelser.
Med trælameller som beklædning, får man muligheden for at konstruere flotte og tidsløse parkeringshuse med et naturligt og varmt udseende, der over tid udvikler en smuk patina.
Woodfac Panel er et lukket system, der fungerer som en klimaskærm. Systemet består af valgfrie trælameller monteret på alupaneler.
Alupanelerne beskytter bygningen mod vejrpåvirkninger og har en bagvedliggende ventilation, der sikrer, at facaden kan “ånde”.
Panelløsningen består blandt andet af variable single-, dobbelt- og hjørnepaneler med standsede huller til facadeskruer, der skjules, når panelerne klipses sammen.
Til systemet tilbydes et bredt program af tilbehørsprofiler til afslutninger og indramninger af døre, vinduer (lysningsprofiler) og andre facadeelementer.
