Innovative safety solution with high strength

INTEGRA-pw is a patented and recognized safety barrrier system developed primarily for multi-storey parking lots.

With this innovative all-in-one solution, both people and vehicles can be secured without the need for additional conventional vehicle protection devices.

Thanks to a free prop spacing of up to 7806 mm, there is no need for additional protection, while the system transfers the force effects of collisions directly to the load-bearing structure. This ensures optimized protection in the event of collisions.

INTEGRA-pw offers a high load capacity of up to 3.5 tons and is therefore ideal for logistics centers and similar applications.‍

The system can be adapted to any project and offers great flexibility. It can be installed horizontally, vertically and on inclined surfaces, allowing it to adapt to different structures and requirements.

INTEGRA-pw meets all European standards for impact loads in accordance with EN 1991-1-7 and EN 1991-1-1.

In practice, this means that the system has been developed, dimensioned and tested in such a way that it can withstand both foreseeable loads and unforeseen and extreme loads, such as collisions.

In addition, INTEGRA-pw has received DiBT approval as proof that the system complies with German legal requirements and meets the technical requirements, standards and regulations set by the institute - approval number Z-14.7-882.

Woodfac Click er et åbent system med valgfrie trælameller på en bagvedliggende aluminiumstruktur. Med indkig til bygningens bærende facade er det muligt at komponere en levende arkitektur, skabt gennem lys, skygger, materialer og design.

Til systemet tilbydes hjørneløsninger, forskellige afdækningsprofiler, løsning til buede facader samt forstærkningsprofiler, der muliggør stort fritspænd både horisontalt og vertikalt.

Woodfac Click er særlig velegnet til beklædning af parkeringshuse.
Med det åbne facadesystem bliver det nemt at give parkeringshuse en vis wow-effekt. Der bygges mange parkeringshuse blandt flotte boligblokke, og hvorfor ikke gøre dem lige så indbydende at se på som deres miljø og omgivelser.

Med trælameller som beklædning, får man muligheden for at konstruere flotte og tidsløse parkeringshuse med et naturligt og varmt udseende, der over tid udvikler en smuk patina.

Woodfac Panel er et lukket system, der fungerer som en klimaskærm. Systemet består af valgfrie trælameller monteret på alupaneler.

Alupanelerne beskytter bygningen mod vejrpåvirkninger og har en bagvedliggende ventilation, der sikrer, at facaden kan “ånde”.

Panelløsningen består blandt andet af variable single-, dobbelt- og hjørnepaneler med standsede huller til facadeskruer, der skjules, når panelerne klipses sammen.

Til systemet tilbydes et bredt program af tilbehørsprofiler til afslutninger og indramninger af døre, vinduer (lysningsprofiler) og andre facadeelementer.

Tested and approved for maximum safety

Nordisk Profil has successfully performed dynamic load tests with INTEGRA-pw according to EN 1991-1-7.

During the test, all of our facade components - both wooden and aluminum - were mounted directly to the safety railing using U-shaped mounting profiles.

The result was clear: the components remained intact and did not come loose even when a vehicle collision was simulated.

This means that our Woodfac Click and Napsu Facade systems can be installed directly on the INTEGRA pw steel mesh construction - without any additional substructure.

DIE SICHERE WAHL MIT WIRTSCHAFTLICHEN UND TECHNISCHEN VORTEILEN

Mit INTEGRA-pw erhalten Parkhäuser optimalen Schutz mit nur einem System. INTEGRA-pw ist auf jedes einzelne Parkhaus zugeschnitten und bietet eine große Gestaltungsfreiheit, da es horizontal, vertikal und auf geneigten Flächen installiert werden kann.

Das System hat eine allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung des DIBt mit der Zulassungsnummer Z-14.7-882. Außerdem erfüllt es alle europäischen Normen für Anpralllasten nach EN 1991-1-7 und EN 1991-1-1.

Es wurde als modulares System entwicklet, das sich leicht erweitern und nahtlos an zukünftige Bedürfnisse anpassen lässt. Ebenso is es recht einfach einzurichten end trägt zu geringen Installationskosten bei.
