The system is built as a closed climate envelope that effectively protects the building from wind and weather – while at the same time the facade remains breathable thanks to the rear ventilation.

Woodfac Click er et åbent system med valgfrie trælameller på en bagvedliggende aluminiumstruktur. Med indkig til bygningens bærende facade er det muligt at komponere en levende arkitektur, skabt gennem lys, skygger, materialer og design.

Til systemet tilbydes hjørneløsninger, forskellige afdækningsprofiler, løsning til buede facader samt forstærkningsprofiler, der muliggør stort fritspænd både horisontalt og vertikalt.

Woodfac Click er særlig velegnet til beklædning af parkeringshuse.
Med det åbne facadesystem bliver det nemt at give parkeringshuse en vis wow-effekt. Der bygges mange parkeringshuse blandt flotte boligblokke, og hvorfor ikke gøre dem lige så indbydende at se på som deres miljø og omgivelser.

Med trælameller som beklædning, får man muligheden for at konstruere flotte og tidsløse parkeringshuse med et naturligt og varmt udseende, der over tid udvikler en smuk patina.

Woodfac Panel er et lukket system, der fungerer som en klimaskærm. Systemet består af valgfrie trælameller monteret på alupaneler.

Alupanelerne beskytter bygningen mod vejrpåvirkninger og har en bagvedliggende ventilation, der sikrer, at facaden kan “ånde”.

Panelløsningen består blandt andet af variable single-, dobbelt- og hjørnepaneler med standsede huller til facadeskruer, der skjules, når panelerne klipses sammen.

Til systemet tilbydes et bredt program af tilbehørsprofiler til afslutninger og indramninger af døre, vinduer (lysningsprofiler) og andre facadeelementer.

The Lamellae, the structure and the profiles of the façade system are made from certified recycled aluminum.

Greenline® aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and has an extremely low carbon footprint of only 1.8 kg CO₂-eq./kg, compared to primary aluminum, which has a footprint of 11.1.

Alufac Panel is a facade solution with clean, sharp lines, easy installation, long durability, and CO₂-reduced documentation. It is a closed facade system, comparable to Woodfac Panel, but with the essential difference that Alufac Panel features aluminum slat cladding instead of wood.

The system serves as an effective climate envelope that protects the building from weather conditions, while the facade remains breathable thanks to the rear ventilation.

The system also comes with a comprehensive range of accessory profiles for finishes and framing around doors and windows.

MODULARE ALUMINIUMVERKLEIDUNGEN FÜR JEDES BAUPROJEKT

Unsere Aluminiumfassaden wurden mit Blick auf Flexibilität entwickelt. Sie lassen sich leicht anpassen und an jedem Gebäude anbringen. Und da es sich um ein modulares System handelt, ist es einfach, die Fassade zu erweitern und Fassadenreparaturen ohne sichtbare Übergänge durchzuführen.

Fassadenverkleidungen mit Aluminiumpaneelen können mit anderen Materialien, wie z.B. Holz, kombiniert werden und sind mit Teillösungen kombinierbar. Ebenso können die Lamellen sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal mit optionalem cc-Abstand montiert werden.

Dies bietet eine große gestalterische Freiheit mit der Möglichkeit, genau das gewünschte Aussehen zu schaffen, ohne Kompromisse bei der Fassadenlösung einzugehen.

ANODIZING
Powder coating

Bei der Anodisierung wird die natürliche Oxidschicht auf der Oberfläche verstärkt und verdickt, sodass das Material selbst eine zusätzliche Schutzschicht bildet. Die Anodisierung bietet die Möglichkeit, verschiedene visuelle Erscheinungsbilder zu wählen, darunter Farben sowie glänzende, matte oder gebürstete Oberflächen. Die anodisierten Lamellen bleiben über Jahrzehnte hinweg elegant und erfordern keinerlei Wartung.

LOW CLIMATE FOOTPRINT AND UNIQUE SERVICE LIFE

We offer Greenline certificates and EPD reports that document a low climate footprint and the best EPD values on the market. This guarantees sustainable construction.

Greenline Aluminium is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminium and uses only 5% of the energy required to produce primary aluminium.

Aluminum facades are maintenance-free and have a life expectancy of over 70 years. However, the actual lifespan of aluminum is not known, as 75% of all aluminum produced is still in use and more than 50% is still in its first form.

Light but robust façade

Aluminum is a very light material compared to many other construction metals such as steel. In addition, aluminum has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio compared to many other materials.

This means that our Lamellae, profiles and components are both lightweight and robust, which is an advantage for facade, where weight reduction can be important, and not least when handling, transporting and installing the façade solution.

Aluminum is also naturally corrosion resistant, which makes it ideal for outdoor facade solutions as aluminum does not degrade over time. Up to 70 % of all aluminum produced is still in its first version.
