INSTALLATION OF PANEL FACADES
Here you get an insight into how the open facade systems Woodfac Panel and Alufac Panel are installed. All our facade systems are like building with LEGO: they offer countless creative combinations, are easy to handle, and ensure a precise, clean look without visible screws.
The simple handling and straightforward plug-and-play installation consist of only three components that are assembled in three steps.
3 steps and 3 components
The three components – aluminum panel, wood or aluminum batten, and mounting screw – are all prepared for thermal movements and provide full control over all construction phases.
Watch the video for a brief introduction to the installation of the panel systems and click on the image below to learn more about the three installation steps.
We strive to create a seamless and efficient process for our customers, while at the same time delivering an exclusive product from design to installed facade.
Installation in 3 steps

The installation of the system often begins with a starter profile – or with a rebate profile if the installation starts at a window or a door. Starter, end, and rebate profiles are available in different widths.
The panel is angled into the previous coupling and is generally pulled to the right to achieve maximum coverage width. Then tilt the panel in a single motion toward the suspension profile – “click.”
Once the panel is attached to the suspension profile, it is secured with stainless steel fastening screws. The panels are prepared for thermal movement. The thermal zero point must be positioned evenly on all panels.
Woodfac panel
Woodfac Panel is a closed facade system with freely selectable wooden slats on a rear construction made of recycled aluminum. The system functions as an effective climate shield that protects the building from weather conditions, while the facade remains breathable thanks to the rear ventilation.
alufac panel
Alufac Panel is a versatile panel system that combines aesthetics and functionality in a solution that can be adapted to your specific requirements — without restricting architectural freedom.
It is a closed facade system, comparable to the Woodfac Panel, but with the decisive difference that Alufac Panel consists of aluminum slats instead of wood. Alufac Panel is a system with aluminum slats made from Greenline aluminum.
