John Bitsch founded Nordisk Profil in 1993 and is currently a partner and head of the development department. John holds a degree in marketing economics and cognitive sales psychology, but throughout his career he has worked with aluminum and wood, which today also form the foundation of Nordisk Profil. John has extensive and in-depth knowledge of both materials, which greatly benefits our customers.
The focus of his daily work is on product development and the patenting of products. In addition, he is responsible for sales in Germany and Central Europe.
"I love my job and look forward every morning to meeting with my colleagues, where together we develop new solutions and solve challenging tasks from customers related to facade construction projects. What motivates me most are the cases where, during the negotiation and review of a project, a technical solution is needed ‘here and now’ in order to achieve the goal."
Jørgen Tøtterup Sørensen is a partner and the managing director of the company. The construction industry is the common thread in Jørgen’s professional career. His business foundation consists of a degree in civil engineering, a degree in architecture, and 7 years as a product developer. Over the past 15 years, Jørgen has also applied his experience and skills as a leader, combining this role with management and coaching programs, including an Executive MBA.
The focus of his daily work is on sales in Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, as well as management and technical documentation, where Jørgen is the company’s specialist in branding, sustainability, and durability.

In January 2024, our German subsidiary was founded. Nordisk Profil GmbH is based in Paderborn, Germany, and covers the European market with the exception of the Nordic countries, which are handled by Nordisk Profil A/S. Our team specializes in facade solutions for all types of construction projects and is also a specialist in fall protection for parking garages and logistics buildings.
