Woodfac Click is an open system with a selective panel structure on an overlapping aluminum structure. With the help of Building Bærende Facade it is possible to create a living architecture, made of light, glass, materials and design.

The Woodfac Panel is a suction system that functions as a climate sensor. Het systeem consistaat uit valgfrie trælameller gemonteerd op alupaneler.

Alupanelerne beschermt gebouwen tegen weersinvesteringen en heeft een achterliggende ventilatie, die ervoor zorgt dat de gevel kan "opengaan".

De paneeloplossing bestaat uit een combinatie van variabele enkele-, twee- en achterpanelen met staande huller voor gevelskruer, ter Skjules, na het samenvoegen van de panelen en clips.

Het systeem biedt een uitgebreid programma met toebehorenprofielen voor het sluiten en indammen van deuren, vensters (lichtprofielen) en andere gevelelementen.

ALUMINUM LAMELLA

The Lamellae, the structure and the profiles of the façade system are made from certified recycled aluminum.

Greenline® aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and has an extremely low carbon footprint of only 1.8 kg CO₂-eq./kg, compared to primary aluminum, which has a footprint of 11.1.

THERMAL MOVEMENT

Thermal movement refers to the natural expansion and contraction of materials as a result of temperature fluctuations.

Thermal movement is integrated into all our facade solutions so that the individual components can move independently of each other. This ensures that there is no internal stress, strain or structural damage to the individual components or the entire façade solution.

SIMPLE ASSEMBLY

The Facade system is a special plug-and-play system that is reminiscent of building with LEGO.  

With just three components installed in three phases, Napsu is simple to handle and easy to install.

Alufac Panel is a geveloplossing met duidelijke, scherpe lijnen, eenvoudige installatie, lange levensduur en CO₂-gereduceerde documentatie.

Het is een gesloten gevelsysteem, vergelijkbaar met Woodfac Panel, maar met als belangrijkste verschil dat Alufac Panel een lamellenbekleding is van aluminium in plaats van hout.

Het systeem dient als een effectieve klimaatafdekking die het gebouw beschermt tegen de elementen, terwijl de gevel dankzij de ventilatie erachter zijn vermogen behoudt om te ademen.

Onze aluminum gevels zijn ontwikkeld met het oog op flexibiliteit. They are easy to fit and to install in any building. And even though this is a modular system, it is easy to break and repair without visible overlaps.

The aluminum panels can be combined with other materials, such as wood, and can be combined with deeloplossingen. The Lamellae can also be mounted horizontally as well as vertically with optional CC-tussenruimte.

This offers a lot of freedom of development with the possibility to create the best possible layout without concessions to development.

During anodizing, the natural oxide layer on the surface is reinforced and thickened, so that the material itself is given an extra coating. Anodizing makes it possible to create different visual effects, such as shiny, matt or brushed surfaces. The anodized Lamellae remain elegant for decades and require no maintenance.

Aluminum facades are maintenance-free and have a life expectancy of over 70 years. However, the actual lifespan of aluminum is not known, as 75% of all aluminum produced is still in use and more than 50% is still in its first form.

Light but robust façade

Aluminum is a very light material compared to many other construction metals such as steel. In addition, aluminum has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio compared to many other materials.

This means that our Lamellae, profiles and components are both lightweight and robust, which is an advantage for facade, where weight reduction can be important, and not least when handling, transporting and installing the façade solution.

Aluminum is also naturally corrosion resistant, which makes it ideal for facade solutions outdoor use, as aluminum does not degrade over time. Up to 70% of all aluminum produced is still in its first version
